Shipping
Delivery Policy
We offer a fast 3-4 day delivery service to mainland UK addresses, with the exception of postal shut down periods such as Christmas. UK and European orders are usually sent via DPD, and for the rest of the world packages are sent via FedEx.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by from your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned complete and unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please return using a track courier option. If opened, a restocking / repacking fee may apply.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return tracking number. Generally returns should be sent to the address below, with your order number given as a reference. However, please email info@sheltapod.com to check that this is appropriate for your return before you send it.

Warranty
All SheltaPod products are covered under our Product Warranty.
This warranty guarantees the repair or replacement of any product considered to be a manufacturing or material defect, and as long as the product has been set up and used as set out in the Owners Manual and Instructions
Should a product fail due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, or a genuine fault, we will repair the item free of charge or replace it at our discretion. If it is no longer available, we will replace it with an alternative from our current range that is as close to it as possible.
- Product Warranty: Full warranty for defects in materials or workmanship when used according to the Owner’s Manual.
- New Product Defects: Manufacturing issues reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for free replacement or repair. Email: repairs@tentsile.com with your order number and photos.
- If bought through a third party, please contact them for support.
Exemptions
Our Product Warranty does not cover the following:
- Pre-loved & Clearance products
- Poles & Pegs
- Natural wear and tear
- Improper care and maintenance
- Modifications made
- Damage caused by severe weather / environmental conditions (eg, winds exceeding 35mph/50kmph
- Damage caused by snow load (1” snow load limit on all Tree Tents and Hammocks)
- UV degradation (Fabric is rated for 2,500hrs)
- Leaking through fabric if it is suffering from UV degradation (often leaking fabric is in fact condensation on the inside of the fabric). Condensation is usually caused by lack of ventilation, please try to keep one side of the rainfly open for air circulation
- Leaking through seams if excessive abrasion of the sealant tape has occurred
- Natural colour fading due to UV
- Broken zips if caused by forcing, jamming or improper use
- Seams coming apart if caused by wear and tear or over loading
- Broken buckles if they have been subjected to undue force or abrasion
- Broken bag if they are overloaded, used for carrying other items or used improperly
- Damaged caused by usage around fire
- Damaged caused by usage around sharp objects
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sheltapod.com and we will inform you of the return address. Please send any returned items to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if there is no defect in the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
